HORRIBLE!

This company is the worst! Due to my husband being in the military, we couldn't pick our own company, so we had to go with who the Army provided. We got our stuff packed the second week of August 2014 and we got it last week October 2014. The time is not what I'm highly upset about, it's the fact that we had stuff broken, damaged and STOLEN! Some of the works were friendly, and there were others that were a bit rude and shady. My mistake was not going through the inventory list they had done and taken pictures of all the expensive stuff we have/had. When we received our stuff last week, one of the legs on my daughter's dresser was broken, the screws for my son's bed are missing, one of the legs on the sofa was broken, my son's hutch and my daughter's desk was scratched, one of our dinning chairs was broken, the screw for the bottom of the dinning table was bent pretty bad, our coffee table top got hammered with nails as they were closing the crates, my Cannon camera, VERY expensive silverware that I only use during holidays or special occasions and my husband's drill IS MISSING!....or STOLEN! I'm going through the inventory list right now which is what made me write this review because I'm so heated right now, I would like to sue this company for the service, damages and stolen items. Looking at the review and writing down everything that was damaged to turn in to the Army, I noticed that whoever wrote the inventory, LIED! They wrote that ALL of our dinning room chairs were broken, scratched, chipped and rubbed! It pisses me off because I'm looking at them right now, and they all seem perfectly fine with no scratches at all other than the one chair they broke and the bottom screw that my husband had to go buy special tools to get out and fix, so we can have a dinning table. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE! The workers, are dishonest, shady and don't care how it lands when they pack. The Army needs to change shipping companies ASAP! Read more
