We were packed and ready to go, but they wrapped all dressers, mirrors, glass table tops, and the couch. As they were bringing stuff in, they checked in with me every time and asked where I wanted them to put the stuff. The only thing that bothered me was that they didn't have room in the truck for all of the boxes I wanted to bring- Not an issue because they got all my furniture, but I would definitely recommend way overestimating your number of boxes when you contact them. Read more
