I am mostly satisfied with their service. I shipped a car and 6 boxes. The car arrived perfectly. A week later I got a call that the boxes had arrived. I went to pick them up and concentrated on getting them accommodated in my car with the warehouse personnel. I did notice that one of the boxes was torn at a top corner but I didn’t give it much thought then. They gave me the bill to sign as received, which I did. I later realized that some of the things I had shipped were missing and when I looked at my paperwork again I noticed that one 6 cu ft box was missing. I called them right away at the Miami office and was told to email them with all my info which I did. The only response I got was that I had signed for the boxes as received and they basically denied any further help on the subject. I also emailed the agent that had worked with me shipping everything in Puerto Rico to see if she could help but not a single response.. I was basically satisfied with the service EXCEPT for how they dealt with this missing box. The car and the rest of the boxes arrived well but I still can not understand how a box disappears just like that and they won’t even try to help a customer.
