Poor customer service
Staff unsure if company does out of state move. Hesitated and off the top of her head without asking or knowing what will be moved she gave an additional quote of $1,900 to the standard quote. I felt it was all about money and not so much about the quality of service. Dis not even know where I was moving to, when I questioned her she put the phone down.

The people who came over here to assist with my move were very well behaved and completed everything on time too. Their service was pretty good. The careful way they moved our things and handled all our stuff; I am very impressed. Also, they didn’t object when we requested to include some extra stuff for delivery. They Mean Business
I am running out of words to praise these guys and I am definitely going to use these movers again. This company is not insured to operate ...
To start with, they lied to me. They said that they are insured to move in the city. Instead, they have a federal license which doesn't give them the right to operate in the city. Then, they damaged my stuff and haven't reimbursed me yet. Also, the job that I hired them for shouldn't have taken more than 3 and a half hours. Instead they took 6 hours to do that. So, instead of $360, I ended up paying $668. My misery doesn't end here. They also charged me $90 extra. When I refused to pay, they left my refrigerator outside. Not only that, they charged me another $57 for something that I didn't ask. At this point, I am so unhappy with them that I am planning to sue them. I would recommend that you don't put them on your site.

Smooth and careful move with a ...
Although they arrived a little late, they managed to give me a call notifying me that they were running a little behind, which I was very happy about. They were very careful in their moving and transfered everything without any damages. The crew was nice and friendly. The pricing was okay also, although they did charge me a little more than what I was originally quoted for.

Late and not polite
Since my apartment complex made me reserve a move time of 12-3, I scheduled a move for 12pm (or so I thought I did). The day before the move, the Company told me that my move was switched to 9am. I had to provide them with several email confirmations of the 12pm move before they would switch me to 12pm and even then, I was told that the earliest they would arrive was 1pm. I thought this was unprofessional because a moving company should not switch your move time weeks after you agreed to a specific move time. The day of the move, the mover did not arrive by 1pm so I called and was told that they were running late and would be there by 3pm. I told them that I only had the elevator reserved until 3pm and I was told that there was nothing they could do. They ended up not showing up to my apartment until almost 6pm. The actual movers were really nice guys and I think they felt bad about what happened to me and I did not want to take my frustration out on them (and didn't). However, I did tell the agent on the phone that I would never recommend them to anyone and I was very disappointed in the unprofessional treatment I received. I should have moved myself - the experience was terrible.
