They should not be in moving business

If you want to destroy your furniture and house or if you have furniture made of foam higher these guys. Everything is too heavy for them. This is worst moving experience of my life. In last 10 years I have moved 3-4 time and every time there was a different mover but they were more or less same. They wrapped every furniture and moved it. But these people don’t bother to wrap any furniture except mirror glass. I assumed that like nor mal mover they would do stuff normally. But they are out of the world. So the consequence is obvious, damaging your furniture, doors, stairs, walls. They removed every drawer and destroying almost every latch. This is first time I saw a mover who does that. The kids bed which we moved from one floor to another floor, they had to take all the drawer out to move it. They did not cover any sofa and in the process putting these on floor on side or arm and obviously making it dirty. They did not remove the legs of big sofas, why probably that does reduce much weight. And consequence was scratching leather sofas, putting mark on door frame. One of my friend moved his 4 bedroom house locally and 4 guys took 11 hours to do the job and these people took 23 hours and 3 days spreading over 5 days to finish the work. And obviously cost me 2 times more than it should have been. And even did not dissemble/assemble 2 out of 4 beds. Their hourly rate is little cheaper than comparable mover but at the end you will have to pay at least 50% more if not 100%. A 300lb safe which was easily moved from one floor to another floor by two tiny guys who came for carpet installation, seemed an impossible task for these 3 big guys. They were throwing stuff and sometime carrying a 5 lb item at a time. To list a few they damaged my costly marble bed set header, 2 dressers, 2 armors, hardwood floor, hardwood stair, stair rail, refrigerator, leather sofa, door and multiple scratch marks on wall. I hired them based on some review and now I doubt about authenticity of those reviews. One personal suggestion never hire any mover without personal recommendation. I learnt it in hard way. They are in wrong business and should go out of business. Don’t do the same mistake I did by hiring them thinking that my total moving cost will be less. They have damaged at least 10K dollar stuffs.
