Disrespectful and probably uninsured

I wish I didn’t have to write this review to be honest. I’ve used this company many times and also recommended them to my friends and family,but unfortunately,the moment a problem occurred they disrespected me,refused to fix it,and even denied me of my legal rights. They lost one of my boxes and instead of letting me use the insurance they claim to carry,they refused to give me the information,and kept saying that they didn’t lose it. They preferred to use a repeating client instead of fixing the situation. So you can use them if you’re not scared for your belongings,but if they lose something,just know they won’t admit it or help you at all. Read more

Best move of my life .

I would give more stars if I could. These guys are great. Showed up early, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Our team of 3 were very hard workers, communicated well, and got everything done in an incredibly timely fashion. Would not use anybody else. They showed up on time, and helped us move to East Whittier. We moved from Costa Mesa, out of an apartment into a house. The movers showed up when they said they would, got things loaded quickly. The move took place later in the evening, so they delivered the next day as they said they would. They worked around the scheduled time we had around our service elevator. We moved from Costa Mesa, CA To Santa Monica, CA without any problems. I called around with only a few days notice, and Jorge assured me they could help. I called around to multiple companies to try and get a few different quotes. After speaking with Jorge, I felt more comfortable with moving forward. He was very thorough when it came to explaining the fees, and assured me that there would be no other costs. The movers came on the hour, when they said they would. They were on time, and did a great job with our move. At the end of the day, I can say I was satisfied with everything they did. We moved from OC to Hermosa Beach, and everything was done without any problems. They took extra precaution with our belongings and everything. We moved from Costa Mesa, to Santa Monica. We found them on Groupon. The movers came out exactly when they said they would. They were hard working, and got the job done quick. The movers were able to move very heavy items like a washer, dryer, couches, fridges, etc. All this was done without any problems.
