With all the money we spent, and tipped, once this company had possession of our household goods- they went silent. We were unable to contact anyone or get a call back about delivery, scheduling and pricing that they continued to increase (balance on delivery). After two weeks of trying to get ahold of them about delivery, we get a random call saying our stuff is 2 HOURS away?!?!? Now, having to drop everything, a week before our home is even completed, we had to drop everything to scurry around to find a storage unit to store our stuff because of THEIR incompetency and now will have to out of pocket even more money to have our things moved again in two weeks. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WE PAID FOR THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read more

SCAM - DO NOT USE!

By far the worst company to deal with ever. Quoting so much lower and also doing the bait and switch - being 5 hours late to the job, harassing my husband for tips and money for vehicle tow that had nothing to do with us, no one answering the phones at this scam of a company, have reported to BBB and have done other options as we never got our stuff, refuse to come up with a reasonable amount, the guy i spoke with hung up on me, obviously embarassed by his horrible reviews. How can you be proud scamming folks like this during a pandemic? Quoting $1800 and then asking for $8500, is this even for real? I hope everyone reads this and this company goes out of business. Fast dependable!!

Three guys arrived at the expected time of arrival. They moved my 3 bedroom apartment fast and careful. Disassembled 2 queen beds and 1 king bed in the blink of an eye. On top of that they had to move all my belongings down 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. They were courteous and very nice. Read more
