Poor packaging,few old/used boxes,most things only wrapped and asked to use my pillows and cushions to protect. Thank God everything was in the container,nothing lost but 4 things arrived broken,including the TV.

Do not use this company if you value ...
This company shipped our artwork and a few pieces of furniture for us. The packing was so shoddy and negligent that almost all of our things were damaged in shipment. This occurred last June and I have been in contact with Lizzette Lopez since the day of the shipment arrival. We contracted for packing and unpacking, door to door service. When the pallets arrived, the delivery people refused to unpack the pallets and bring our things into our apartment. We had to pay them to bring in the two largest items of furniture. It was obvious from the crushed cartons that there were losses. We have followed her instructions to the T for the insurance we paid for and supposedly had and have received no compensation for the thousands of dollars of damage incurred. She has been stringing us along for over six months and no longer responds to our queries. This has been an awful experience as some of the damaged items are not replaceable and cannot be repaired to their original condition.
