Nightmare Experience - BEWARE - DO NOT ...

Logistic Pro Inc was a nightmare moving company. They damaged nearly every one of our more expensive belongings, including a flat screen television, a leather couch, a fire table and an exercise bike. They created damage in both the home we moved from and the home we moved into, damaging light fixtures and scratching newly painted walls. They refused to wear masks during COVID at either location. They also did not send a professional moving team to our location and instead sent people who were ill-equipped for the job. They left broken glass from their lunch on our patio, when I have three young children. The owner consistently promised damages would be paid. We went through their arduous third party insurance website providing photographic evidence of all the damage, but only received $98. This does not begin to cover the nearly 10,000 worth of damage caused. Save yourself the trauma and do not use this company. Read more
