This business is a sham

This is a ridiculous business designed to trick you. Their website advertises "fully insured", however they are not. What they will do is offer 10 cents for every pound the item broken weighs. For instance, if they break a brand new television, they will pay you $1. Because it might weigh 10 pounds. In my experience with them, they dropped my $1,500 television on its face. Fortunately for me, it landed on pillows. They also left a big unsightly scratch on the front of my daughters brand new night stand. When they wanted me to pay, I asked them about my daughters night stand. They said they would call me back in a day or two and help me fix the night stand. So I paid in good faith, but its been 15 days and no call back and they are not even answering their phones. If you value your belongings stay away from this company. Read more
