I had really high hopes when I chose this company to move my belongings. It started off pretty good. They came a few hours earlier than planned, which was great, but things took a turn. I left early and left my 2 adult daughters while I went to my new place to make sure there was nothing in the way and turned the air up bc it was hot. When the movers arrived I noticed that none of the items were shrink wrapped and I paid $100 for supplies. No supplies were used. As soon as they placed my television on the floor I noticed damage. I plugged the tv in and my television was damaged beyond repair. I immediately called the front office and they said they would take care of it. After the crew was done, they asked me for some shots of Hennessy because they noticed the bottles and then I saw them smoking weed before they left my premises. The crew did apologize about my television and offered to pay. They even pointed out a specific guy and blamed him for the tv. I thought everything was good but when I called the next day I was told that my tv was broken before it was moved. This upset me bc if it was broken wouldn’t professionals notice before they moved it? Not only that but when I began unpacking I noticed that several of my items were left behind. I went back and forth with this company for a month and they refused to take responsibility for my tv bc the crew said they did nothing wrong. They even called me a liar when I said nothing was shrink wrapped . After several conversations with the person who arranged my move, I found out that this same crew has had several complaints in the past. The television was 498 plus tax. Finally they offered me $280 for my television. The reason was bc my move wasn’t that expensive. My move actually added up to the price of the television and they insisted on me taking the loss for their crews mistake. In the end I received $300 for my television. Take it from me.
