They showed up on the 17th at 4 p.m. and I said, you're going to pack a house and move it in four hours? They showed up with five boxes to pack a three-bedroom house. At 9 they said we don't have enough boxes, we have to go to the store to buy boxes. After they charged me $900 to do this. I said, I give you a job that you know you're going to pack and your'e going to show up to my house with no boxes? What kind of company does that? Read more

Did a wonderful job, but a box is ...

They did a wonderful job... I mean I had everything packed up in the same size box and when they got there they said there was 13 but there were supposed to 14, and I looked on the manifest and it showed only 13 but what happened was if you went down a few lines there was another box. And that box is missing and it's an antique elephant and it's from Hong Kong. Read more

A little longer than expected.

They were on time and were doing the packing and all very promptly no wait times they were super fast in doing things... and the travel time they took to new place was also fast.. overall very satisfied with their service and will recommend them... An Absolute Pleasure To Work With ...

They performed a very smooth move. I hired another moving company to do the move for me but unfortunately I had to cancel the contract because of their shady communications. LV Moving Co are amazing. The sales agent used to correspond very frequently, whenever I knocked them I got a reply at prompt pace. All their loading procedure was very professional. I am very happy! You know why, because I moved with a top notch service. I had some excellent group of people from Lv Moving Co. They came with a big truck. The crew were very nice and supportive. I didn’t want to pay some bad company that would lose or steal my things and then charge me over the top. I have to get a new door

They brought my furniture in--four items. The door was open-it was a storm door, it has glass. It started raining, and the older person in charge....he barked out something in Ukrainian because it started raining and the back door of the truck was open. The other person I guess was frightened and he ran-collided into our screen door with such impact it knocked the door out. The entry door was open but I guess he got so flustered he didn't realize the glass was glass and the door was there and he went right through the glass. He didn't break it but the impact was so great I'm surprised he didn't. But he pushed the door off the frame. So the lock is broken, the door is damaged, I have to get a new door. Read more

No Customer Service

Had 3 boxes, a bookcase and china hutch to move. They lost one of the lost boxes. I asked them to check where else they had been that for the box, the items in the box can't be replaced, 300 photos from the 1920s to 2014, five generations of my family which no other copies, a hand written journal from 1927 written by my Mother. They could have cared less, gave me a phone number to call for their claims department, which gave me a website for a form to fill out. They have not tried to locate the box at all. Read more
