Irresponsable
Didnt mind change in price as I underestimated the stuff I want to move. However,they lost some stuff in our shipment,and despite having polite chat with them for a week,they stopped responding to my email and even ignored few of my calls. Finally I got hold of Ms. Monica Moon after almost 3 weeks ( very arrogant,rude and unprofessional) to get update on my missing stuff and to ask for invoice which was promised to me. She hung up on me when I was requesting her my invoice. Will never recommend anybody to do business with them for their irresponsabilities.

Worst Experience!!!
This company is a joke. Originally booked them for my move which had to be cancelled within one day and well in advance of the move. I have been fighting for four months for my refundable deposit to be returned getting every excuse under the sun as a stall tactic. Monica has become nasty and insisting that the check was mailed or should have been mailed and needs to be confirmed with "accounts payable". As far as I can determine the company consists of one truck and two people! The salesman and mover Max guaranteed me the world and has proven to be useless in remedying the situation. After numerous calls and months of wasted effort the only thing magical here is the wool they pull over your eyes! Steer clear!!!

Awful
Horrible customer service. Was told my 945 was a flat rate then found out that it has hidden fees that weren't explained or sent in an email before the move. They took their time with delivery and the boxes looked like crap. In order to get to our stuff the movers had to move someone else's things and the movers threw their stuff. I really hope there weren't any breakables. This company really looks at finding ways to prey on the vulnerable when they have your stuff. They even lost our footboard to our bed. Movers didn't have any tools so thankfully we had a screwdriver, knife, and a pen. Just horrible. All this company deserves is the report that I gave the better business bureau.
