late, slow, expensive and water damage

2 hours late, one man short, one man missing in action twice (not in the truck or the house) unhooked the washing machine with nothing to catch the water, went down around the water pipe to the floor below and caused damage. Owner states he is not responsible. it cost me 110.00 more than the move I make 18 months before and they left my tools and belonging from the basement behind and I have less belongings in the house than the previous move.
