Beware

Do yourself a favor and go in a different direction. For what this clown cost us, I could have hired a real mover. He increased the price on us twice after he had the stuff on his truck, going so far as to demand my credit card number from me while I was driving on the freeway, or he was going to leave my stuff where it was. The worst thing, though, is that once he has your stuff and/or your money, he’s the boss; you're the employee. He tells you where to be and when to be there. We drove over 500 miles and got a call from him the next morning stating we had to be at our new residence the next day at 6:00 AM, solely because it was convenient for him. We made payment arrangements with him, which he totally ignored, putting my son's college tuition in jeopardy. (He asked for a post dated check, which I gave him; he went ahead and cashed it two weeks early anyway.) There were other issues as well, but if the above doesn't turn you away from this guy, nothing will. Beware. Read more

Mark's Quality Moving is awsome

Mark moved us from Arizona to Mississippi. He was thoughtful and very professional. We have a large number of fragile knickknacks and every one of them made it without breaking! We will definitely use Mark again. He picked up and delivered on time and did not change his estimate even though we had to change the end location from the first floor to a second floor rental at the last minute. Read more
