We moved a 2 bedroom apartment

We moved a 2 bedroom apartment, 50 minutes away, to a 7th floor apartment. Other companies quoted 5-6 hours for our move. Marrins Moving Systems was quick and efficient and had us moved into our new home in 3 hours, including the travel time. They arrived on time at 9am, by 10am everything was packed. We were all move in by noon. Even with the elevators, there was no issue with moving our bed, sectional, or other large furniture. All of our furniture was wrapped up nicely and safely moved. I’ve used Marrins Moving Systems twice and both times they were spectacular. They always send a 4-man crew. They arrived 15 minutes early, had everything in the truck within 45 minutes, and I barely made to the new place ahead of them. After moving everything into the new place I asked them if they could remove a few things left by the previous tenant, which they graciously agreed to do. (I expressed my gratitude in the tip). Marrins Moving Systems, Ltd team were punctual, pleasant, worked hard to partial pack, disassemble, drive from California to NewYork, reassemble, unload and place items in appropriate rooms all in a single day for a 3bdr 2bath space. Every table in my home was glass or mirror top - NOTHING was cracked or broken or damaged. The team was efficient and very helpful despite the large closet wardrobes they had to pack and odd shaped items they had to pack. I haven't been through all boxes yet, but so far as I have been unpacking, items are properly marked and packed with care. When I asked them to mind the carpets in the new location they laid blankets to keep the space clean, this was important to me because the carpets were brand new. They communicated well from start to end and all aspects of the planning and implementation were well communicated with me. I was pleased with their professionalism and with their work ethic! I’ve had to hire movers a few times. I had some excellent experiences, but the last time I moved, I used a moving broker who destroyed my stuff and held it hostage for more money. It was a significant issue that I never wanted to deal with again, so I found an actual mover with a good reputation this time.
