It was OK
It was OK, but they didn't adequately estimate the amount of time they would need to complete the job. There were two good guys, but then the third guy was an older guy who was really slow so it was basically like having two people and it took longer to do it so I ended up paying for like two extra hours from the initial quote so it ended up costing me more than it would've if I would've just paid for a more expensive service cause I ended up having to pay for two extra hours even though they were told ahead of time exactly the amount of rooms and everything in the house and everything that had to be moved. Some of my furniture was damaged and they just colored it with a sharpie which was fine because I wasn't trying to make any trouble, but I feel like there was more that could've been done. Which correlates to them not adequately explaining everything that was available.

They did a good job! Very satisfied
Oh it was excellent. They packed up everything in the van really nicely and took part of it over to the storage unit. One trip was over to the storage unit and the other trip was to the apartment; everything was fine they did a great job. The pricing was a little bit of a problem 'cause originally they gave me an estimate that was quite a bit lower, then they said "well because we had to work more hours." We ended up paying the more than the estimate so I was a little disappointed with that but I felt like their original estimate was pretty low so I'm pretty satisfied.

As bad as a moving company can get!
Worst possible experience ever. They were late, they damaged almost every furniture. They had me sign the paperwork several times during the move before they even finished. Some of the stuff I can't find. That was as bad as a moving company can get.

They didn't finish moving my stuff ...
They were like four late getting there. They didn't finish moving my stuff until almost 10:30 p.m. I was still charged the full amount, even though it took them less time and they were four hours late, five hours late.

It all worked out in the end
They were pretty good. The guys were great that moved me. They just-the office was not the best in the world. They didn't communicate really too well with me but they got me all moved in and it all worked out in the end. It was good.

Had a good experience
Their prices were competitive, they were able to work with my schedule and what I needed, the guys were really professional and helpful and I just had a good experience I don't really have any complaints. There were a couple things that got a little scratched, obviously not intentionally I guess that just happens with moving. I had called several places, and Mega's price was the best. The only thing is that they should be a little more upfront about hidden fees, and the guesstimate about the time its going to take.
