WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING SERVICE!! They lie to you saying you will not be charged until delivery of your goods. They will charge you the day they load your goods. They don't give a damn about you. They don't give a damn about your personal effects. They don't give a damn about your household goods. It took them a full month. One. Full. The worst professional service/vendor ...

They told us via email that our quote was inclusive of maid service onthe delivery end. When they got our product on their truck they told us that it didn't and that we'd have to pay $2,000 for that. They then billed us $3,500 instead. It took several weeks to get a detailed bill from them to understand the disconnect, at which point we realized that they overcharged us for 3 hours of the unpacking team. They broke over $5k of items, including antique furniture that we had paid $500 to have crated. They threw items in boxes without packing materials, and the feedback from the maid service company was that they had never seen such a poor packing job. The feedback from the repair company was that they also had never seen so much damage on a job of our scale. They showed up 7 hours late on delivery day, which I had taken off from work, and then refused to re-assemble the furniture that they had delivered.
