worst moving expierence ever

Company rep came to house to estimate cost, agreed on price and signed contract. On day of move was told that estimate was wrong and would require an additional truck for additional cost. Since items were going into storage, items would be inventoried and we could eliminate items to fit one truck for trip to fl. Went over items to be eliminated and was told the remaining items would be delivered. Day of delivery another phone call to say won't be able to bring all items as promised, will bring at a later date. Moving company arrived and several items were not on the truck that we would require to set up our bed. Now we sleep on the floor, have made numerous calls and emails. All go unanswered. Now we think are goods are stolen or lost. A total nightmare. Read more
