The company packing is awful. My furniture and goods arrived damaged. Several missing items. They put the items without any support, the goods shift inside damaging almost all of them. I sent several e-mails asking for how they will refund me for the damaged and missing items with no answer. You pay a company thinking that they will do theur best and everything that you receive is "talk to my hand". Read more

Nothing got messed up. They are very careful in handling your best stuff, and they protect everything appropriately in the trailer. I had a brand new big screen TV, I had a huge leather couch they had to wrestle out of a bad doorway area, a huge cherry dresser -NOTHING GOT MESSED UP. Read more

Get away from these people!

If you want to have a nightmare, hire this people. When they are trying to get your business, they are the best, very educated, nice, and helpful. They always have the right answer. They will explain you in detail “their work” but at the end, they will not do “their work” according to the standards. You will be lucky if you get your stuff back! Do not hire these people! Worst experience with any company of ...

One person gives you a good quote and then you never here from them again and start dealing with Manuel Rojas, a rude and unprofessional man. Every website has horrible reviews for him but he claims it's all lies, slander, competitors, or disgruntled employees. He then increases the quote and holds your stuff hostage, when confronted is rude and overly defensive with a "customer is always wrong" attitude. Not a single thing he told us was truthful. He still has our stuff and the price keeps going up, I've had to get multiple organizations involved and he is still rude and unprofessional. Contract Signer Beware!

We were shipping an 8x8x20' container from USA to NZ. Well, suffice it to say all sounded great until... the day the movers were to come we were told there was no container to load?!? I had sold my home in USA and NOT moving was NOT an option. Originally we were quoted with a 5 day delay but after bumping it up the management chain they did arrive to load container 1 day late. Now that we are in NZ and almost 2 months has come and gone there are an "extra" $4000 US in fees when you add US + NZ issues together. Of course, when they've got your 'stuff' in hawk and then going to charge you MORE fees as your container sits while you dispute invoicing... you are screwed. All I can say is if you go with these people and you choose them... make sure to add 40% to what they quote you in fees. Read more
