Dishonest and Unresponsive
We hired Apollo Moving Systems after an in-house binding estimate was done for our move. The crew on pickup said we had 200 cf more than the estimate, and told us we would have to pay $948.50 over the estimate on delivery. Before we signed the form, we discussed with both the foreman and our company representative (Jason) that this should not be the case considering the legally binding estimate- we were assured that this was true over the phone, and it would be fixed before delivery. We were advised to still sign the documents despite our hesitations, or our move would have to be delayed or cancelled. We planned for delivery no earlier than June 4th and planned our travel accordingly. We received the first phone call to arrange delivery at 9pm on Saturday, June 1st attempting to deliver our goods on the morning of June 2nd, at which point we were still in transit ourselves. The driver was very aggressive and there was a significant communication barrier. We received multiple calls throughout Sunday, were forced to speed up our trip and lose money on hotels to arrive for an arranged delivery on the afternoon of June 3rd. We again received several harassing calls on Monday morning. By this time, the financial side had not yet been resolved and no one at Apollo had returned my calls by 2pm delivery time. The delivery crew was extremely aggressive and threatening that if we did not pay the additional fee as well as a long carry fee (despite parking the truck at our front door) they would not deliver our goods and we were unlikely to see them again. I finally received a call from Jason at Apollo, and he assured me that we would receive a full refund for the extra cf we were paying for, as well as the $75 long carry fee (which we never received a receipt for) if we paid the crew and signed the forms. The delivery itself was rushed and chaotic, only some of the furniture items that were disassembled in Texas was reassembled by the crew- per our contract all furniture should have been unpacked and re-assembled on delivery. Because of this we were unable to assess damage to items until after the delivery crew left and we had re-assembled our furniture. Many of the boxes did have significant damage externally, and several of the more fragile contents were damaged. There was also damage to the walls from moving the large furniture items. Needless to say, the packing materials were also left behind for us to deal with.

DO NOT HIRE them!
I recently moved from Oregon to Louisiana. I hired National Express Moving, a broker, and they arranged the Movely USA/Apollo Moving Systems. They loaded my belongings on June 18th, and my first day of delivery on the contract was July 3rd. After they didn't show up on July 3rd, I called the broker, and they said it could take up to 21 business day. Okay, so I waited patiently. Today, August 19th, is the 31st business day from July 3rd, and I still have not received my belongings. I called the Movely USA numerous time, but they didn't answer. When a man, Mayon Rippin, from Movely USA answered my phone call one time, he said he will call me back after reaching out the truck driver and said my belongings will be loaded the next day and will be delivered in two days. No, he didn't call me back, and my belonging didn't arrive. I don't know where my belongings are right now. I have no clothes and shoes for my work. I have no furnitures at home. I can't wait anymore. I'm so frustrated. I feel stupid!!

They Were A Good Mover
First thing, they're really cheap, compared to other moving companies in Texas. The move went well, I had some issues they didn't fix the bed properly, but my experience other than that went good.
