We have had nothing but bad surprises,cost increases,and incredibly poor service from American Van Lines. They completely dropped the ball on moving the piano. We called Mover Dudes LATE Saturday eve,and Susan,the ANGEL,answered the phone. Problem solved. On short notice,after hours,she arranged and confirmed offloading the piano by her experts to be done this Monday! Susan,and Mover Dudes are The Best. I would not have American Van Lines move my trash to the street. Eric

These guys rock!
They showed up on time, they were not supposed to come until the afternoon, but they came late morning, which was perfect. They called ahead, they asked questions to make sure they were doing exactly the right thing, they were very careful with all of my furniture, they were very polite, courteous, they did exactly what they were supposed to do.

The move was seamless
The move was seamless. It was easy and it all was good. I boxed up and moved stuff up myself and they moved mainly the big stuff for me. They had blankets and rubber bands for everything. No [nothing was damaged] not at all. [They did give me a price estimate and] it actually wound up a little less.
