Worst moving experience EVER

We used Movers and Groovers, bought insurance thru them (we think) for the move..They packed, stored, and redelivered molded furniture, warped furniture, gouged furniture, ruined lampshades and pictures..both heirlooms. The missing items..sewing machine and all sewing materials, boxes of jewelry craft stuff, old mementos..pictures, wallets..stuff that can NEVER be replaced. The magnitude of devestation pails in comparison to these people's magnitude of indifference. A pattern has emerged after reading other on line reviews of not returning phone calls or emails.
