Yay for this company

I called them to see about my move. The young man that gave me my original quote was very nice and professional. He walked me through the whole process of booking my move. Then came the day of pick up. Ricky the was the person in charge that day. He was very polite and down to earth. He explained that I had a few things on my inventory that had been removed and that my final cost might be lower then originally estimated. Pleasant surprise..... 22 days later my belonging arrived at our new home. They guys put my table and shelf back together and even rearranged a few item for me. Grate service and wonderful staff

I have never leave a review before now, but I feel that this was one I have to do, Mover's Choice is a good company and they stand by there word. My husband got a  promotion and  we had to leave immediately for Dayton, OH. We start looking for a moving company to get us move but we need storage for at lease a month before we can take our shipment. My husband was recommend to Mover's Choice, I call and speak with Rita who them came out and did a visual. Rita give me a flat price that include packing our TV, pictures and mirrors and 6 weeks of storage. Rita told me that as soon as we got date to close on our house  to call an update the office. I sure did, the day before the closing Simon call us to make sure we were still on track and we can receive our shipment. Everything Mover's Choice told us they were going to do they did. We receive our shipment with a few miner damages, which we did not mind these things happen and is to be expected when moving. Read more

They say you only write a review if you have a really good or really bad experience. This is was definitely the former. Movers arrived on time,super friendly and professional. Belongs arrived 2 days earlier then the quoted window,nothing was broken and they actually credited back some money off the estimate because my stuff was smaller then they thought it would be. Great Company!

Great company, fast, thorough polite. Sales rep was very informed and accurate, movers were uniformed and professional, and customer service was easy to get a hold of. Price was slightly more then quotes, but I had more boxes then I thought I would. Items arrived a little later then I had hoped but still within the window I had been quoted, and my shipment so was easy to track with their customer service I was never worried. Items arrived with no damages and nothing was lost. A pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would definitely use them again. Read more

We hired Mover's Choice for our move last month. They made quick work of our massive mess! They came out to the home to provide an estimate, and were loading at the end of that week.
