Probably one of the worst experiences ...

It was horrible. It was probably one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. The appointment was for 1 in the afternoon and they didn't show up until 7 in the evening. So the move didn't end until 12 midnight. He quoted me different prices, they tried to charge me different prices. They severely damaged a piece of furniture. They arrived late and damaged my ...

I assumed they were sending three movers, I had two that showed up. They told me they would be there between 8:00 and 9:00 AM ... They did not show up until between 9:15 and 9:30 ... They did not empty everything out of my house ... Which cost me two more days of rent in the house. Then the damage ... They broke two book cases, they broke one of my collectibles. Damaged Property

I paid extra for bubble wrap and they still took the wood off of a brand NEW dresser not even paid off. Broke A 5,000 stove top and left it like no one would notice!? Then the unprofessional owner that set up the appointment after 3 calls never offered no xtra insurance that he claims we could have recieved after the damaged occurred even with the company insurance included I can not get my reimburstment. The owner will not return my calls EVRY unprofessional. The driver decided to go his own way instead of folling us to the home "he stopped to eat and yes I paid for that time too". We wont mention the damage to my wall in my home or how about the unprofessionalism that we recieved durning the move so we decided to have all items put in garage and we had to move it all ourselves beacuse they didnt want to put the things were we asked and kept damaging things. The movers didnt want to go back to the home to get items they said we "will take the big stuff" Hello Im paying you by the hour your suppose to move EVERYTHING I ASK!!!!!!!! Their estimate was pretty much exactly on target, and the three gentlemen who moved our stuff were professional, courteous, honest, and they took the time to handle our items with care. Very friendly and personable!

They were extremely responsive to our request, and the pricing came in much better. The experience overall was really good, the only thing was that the movers underestimated how much stuff needed to be moved, even though I thought I was being very clear in the estimate. They ended up taking about 2 hours longer than we needed to and weren't able to complete all the work that we needed done, only because they ran out of time and we weren't going to keep them on the clock to do additional work. But overall, very positive, but I will say that our time ran over and that was a little disappointing. Read more
