Worst experience ever

It was horrible. I told them exactly how much stuff I had. They sent a U-Haul with three kids. One of the kids got sick so they had to make three different trips. They scratched all of my furniture, all of it. Everything has a scratch on it. I am sort of filing a claim with them. I don't know if they will do anything or not. This is the eighth house I've bought. So I have moved quite a few times. By far it is the worst experience I have ever had. Read more

Except for the cash issue I am very ...

It was fine. The guys they did an excellent job in moving my things. The timeline was great, they were very courteous. They were very nice. The only thing that happened was one of the guys he asked me for the cash ahead of time, I was like okay. Afterwards when I noticed on the invoice he gave me a little over a $100 less than the what I had given him. So I said him you need to give me change back and he looked at me and said oh! I thought you are going to give me that as a tip and I said no I will give you like $50 tip or something like that. It was almost $150 more and then when he noticed he wrote on that like he wrote it all out first when I gave him cash, he wrote it on an envelope not on an invoice. In the invoice it had totally different total. That's why I noticed and said that to him. I said give me back my change and I would give you the tip. That's the only wierd thing that happened. The staff members they were great. They were on-time, they did a great job. I didn't have any problem with them, they did a wonderful job, it was just the money thing. Yes, they did a good job in packing. Maybe they need not to ask for the money ahead of time. I had a time rather until he writes certain invoice out of very end and then pay them. That's only advice I would say is write the invoice out and then pay them. He was trying to say I should pay as soon as they get to the other house. So I gonna had did that at the very end when he want me to sign invoice then I see the difference. Maybe just at the end giving the invoice and giving the invoice with all the written costs on that instead of asking for cash and writing it on a separate eneveope. Read more

Lied About Quote


The guys actually doing the moving were great. But, the guy in the home office giving us the quotes and details about the move lied about 'travel time' being added to the final bill. We asked him SPECIFICALLY, more than once, about 'hidden charges'.

In the end, they added another hour for 'travel time' to and from their shop. Would have been fine if they told us up front - at least we could have compared them fairly. But, instead, he lied about it and 'stuck it to us' at the end.

My advice - Look elsewhere!

I didn't have a very good move with ...

It wasn't a good experience with this moving company. They didn't deliver our stuff on the scheduled date, and they even damaged a couple of pieces of my furniture set. I would say it was an eye-opening experience for us to choose the right moving company when we move again.  Read more

Not happy with the move

I was not happy with the entire move and was going to call the Better Business Bureau. There were several agents who called me and gave me the same quote. At the end I had to pay $100 extra and I complained to their customer service but haven't yet received any answers from them. Read more

A perfect move

Have moved quite a lot many times in my life, but this was the best moving experience. The movers came on time and they didn't made any fuss or throw any tantrums. They packed, loaded and were gone in a jiffy. The quality of work also was very good. Nothing was broken or damaged. I would definitely like to recommend them to anyone who wants a service that is worth every penny. Read more

Efficient and fast service

This moving company has done a fine job in moving my belongings and they have worked hard to get the job done right. They came on time, loaded my things onto the truck and moved in a fast and efficient manner. During the transit, they kept in touch with me the entire way, letting me know when my belongings would arrive. The pricing was reasonable and I am quite impressed with their service.
