they are slow, spoil furniture and want to raise their price. we ordered two trucks for the two apartments. He came to us only one car and we had to move one by one all day. we moved inside a residential complex. we had to pay on top of $ 90 for each apartment - is the cost of transportation. and yet we paid $ 30 on top of petrol. this awful! Awful customer experience

While the movers themselves are fine, the owner/manager/receptionist is superficial. There was a misunderstanding on the arrival time of the movers (partly my mistake) but they didn’t have the courtesy to inform me that the movers left because I was running late. I had to call them and arrange a move later in the day for an extra charge. This wasn’t as much of an issue as the language and tone of the manager/receptionist while I was trying to convince that the misunderstanding on the arrival time was not just my fault. In my opinion, it wasn’t a professional conversation. All they cared about was money. Moving isn’t a pleasant experience. Sometimes things don’t go as per plan but when things go south, I at least expect professionalism leave aside empathy. I am sorry to say these guys don’t understand or don’t give any importance to customer service. As a customer, the whole experience was awful. P.S. These guys charge sales tax (7%) on moving services. I am not totally sure about the NJ law but I think moving services are not subject to NJ sales tax. Read more
