Damaged furniture, no reimbursement, ...
Moving Experts damaged a glass shelf and scratched our furniture, doors and walls. We are not happy about their service or the damage done and lack of reimbursement for the replacement shelf. They were late arriving and they did not have their employees versed on proper payment methods. We have requested receipts for the work and still have not received those either. We need the receipts for our damage claims with our insurance company from tornado damage and cannot submit it until we have the receipts. We contacted them about having someone come out to look at the damage and had an appointment but the person never showed up. They never even called to let us know they would not be coming out. When we contacted them, they told us to just send pictures and information to them which we did. After making a follow-up call about the damage and sending several emails, they agreed to pay the requested amount for the damage. They said the check would take 5 days after they received my name and address for the check. That was in the beginning of February. After many attempts at trying to recover the cost of the damage, even after the company said they would send the check for the amount requested, we still have not received payment for the replacement cost of the glass shelf. They do not return emails or calls after multiple attempts to contact them.This company should NOT be referred to anyone. They do poor work, they do not provide good service and if you have any problems, they will not work with you to correct them They advertise they are insured and I asked if they had insurance in case of breakage and they said they did. They were eager for their payment when the job was done and then you never hear from them if there is a problem. DO NOT USE this company.

They were slow and didn't come ...
Their truck was a piece and I had to pay to fix it. They showed up with bald tires and didn't have equipment and their people were slow. It took like twelve hours. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. ...Because they didn't have a company credit card I had to pay to get their tires fixed.

Absolute Worst Company to Work w/ Will ...
This company overcharged us and it has taken over 2 months and it is still not corrected. Every time I speak with someone they promise to fix it and don't. They are completely rude and unapologetic about it. Acting like their mischarge was my fault and hoping I will forget about it. Most of my furniture got scratched up in the move as well. I haven't even mentioned that since they stole my money and that is way more important to get fixed.

Pleasantly Surprised
After reading all the negative reviews for the majority of companies I contemplated renting a U-Haul. But I went with Moving Experts LLC. Kind, respectful and courteous, they performed flawlessly.From their low price to their estimate, they were pretty much on target in every aspect of the move. thanks guys, FIVE STARS!!!!

Worst Moving Company Ever
I have moved MANY times so it takes a lot for me to say "worst moving company ever". We bought a groupon with this company for 3 separate moves on 3 separate days. We booked the first move for 9 AM on Saturday morning. They did not show up until 6 pm. It turns out they booked 2 moves before our move without even telling us and then lied about it. They also showed up in a U-HAUL truck as all of their trucks were broken. Only 2 guys showed up and they had no idea what they were doing. They packed the small boxes first and then were not able to fit a lot of our big items. The move took a very long time and the company was just unprofessional. They also charge you for an entire hour after 15 minutes (they did this after not delivering all of the furniture and being 9 hours late). We were going to cancel for the 2nd move but they promised that we would be the first move of the morning. Sure enough the next move date arrived and they were 2 hours late. We called and they refused to honor the 2nd groupon even though they had already agreed on honoring the groupon. It was one of my most frustrating and emotionally exhausting moves of my life. I pray that no one else uses this company and that this company is closed down. It is a highly unprofessional, dishonest company.

Got totally screwed
We waited around for 6 hours and had to call several times and were told every time they would be there in an hour. My 73 year old mother was left with her stuff at her old place while the other people are trying to move in. The worst customer service I have ever had. They were supposed to be at her house at 2:00 and now it's 8:30 and have gotten no apologies.

Worst customer service
We hired Moving Experts to help us move our appliances and beds when we moved to a new house in town. The movers arrived without the proper tools or padding that we were told they would have. We made the mistake of trusting their care. They did not follow instructions and severely scratched up the interior shelves of our refrigerator, including cracking the bottom shelf. The manager, Ray, assured me that they would replace our damaged shelves. I sent him the exact parts we needed, he asked for my address and promised to have them delivered to my home. He said he would have them ordered first thing the next morning. The parts never came. Since then, I have called, and emailed and he does not even have the decency to call me back. This company has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Please DO NOT Hire them- call 'You Move Me' instead. I have heard nothing but positive things from trusted friends. I wish we had called that company instead. Ray and his team do not care about the satisfaction of their customers. They will cut corners to get the job done quickly and do not care about their customers concerns.
