This is a quality company that I highly recommend. Ariel, Pavel, and Josh were incredible movers! They moved my entire house with grace, tact, and respect. I immediately felt safe, and I felt valued and important, while working with these gentlemen and this company. Jasmine, my estimator, was also incredible! She made sure that we were moving on the right day, that we had enough movers and supplies to get the job done, and checked in with me throughout the days to make sure that I was feeling secure and supported. My belongings were packed with care, nothing was broken or scratched or in any way damaged. I felt like they were packing their own home up because they took so much care with my belongings. I called in to get an estimate and I feel very at ease with how these ppl handled my questions. Thanks to my friend that referred Heather to me when I was looking for a moving company in NH. Few weeks in, I decided to move with them!!! Superb movers, I can't recall their names but I like how they moved my stuff and packed everything plus, they're fast (but careful!) Francisco at Moving Prime Inc is a very dedicated and caring moving coordinator. He reached out to me several times to assist me with my move. Unfortunately, due to an error on my part, I ended up going with another company. I should have written down her name, but I wasn't focused when she initially called me, and that's on me. However, Francisco was still was very helpful trying to ensure that I was getting a good service that I was paying for with another company. He asked for my moving quote and audited it to make sure I was getting a fair shake and admitted that it is comparable to what they would have charged me and wished me the best. Who does that? I'll tell you who does that, somebody who really cares about you and your move! That kind of dedication is rare, and in retrospect, I wish I would have used Moving Prime Inc. This will be my last move, so I won't be able to use Moving Prime, but they definitely have my heart. Read more
