Great first time experience using a ...

Moving Proz gave us a quote that was several hundred less than other moving companies to begin with. The crew walked through our house as soon as they arrived. They were efficient and moved everything listed in a timely manner. Furniture was wrapped with moving pads,the floor was protected as well as the door frames. It was a big relief not to have to move all of our heavy furniture as my husband and I had by ourselves in the past. Great movers

We used Moving Proz twice in a move across town, once to a storage and rental house, and then to our new house a few months later. They were awesome, handled multiple stops and treated our stuff as if it was their own. The crew was friendly and it was a good price for moving a whole family worth of property. I'd recommend them to anyone we knew that needed movers. Worst move ever

They’re employees are crackheads that Destroyed most of our property and some items even went missing. Kelli the secretary was worthless she could care less and was extremely rude. We had to go through our bank as we did not get the value we paid for and never received a refund through the company. Employees are untrained and unprofessional. I would not recommend them. I was highly impressed with the professionalism,friendliness and expertise of the Moving Proz team who moved my piano today. They skillfully maneuvered the piano up a challenging set of stairs and did it in half the estimated time. By far the best

By far the best moving company I have used and trust me I have used a lot! I decided to try another company because every time I hire a moving company I just get a really unfortunate taste in my mouth at the end. From start to finish these guys were amazing. Frustrating

They called the night before and confirmed everything with the time. I had told them way ahead of time that we needed at least a 26-foot truck, they said oh yeah, not a problem. They had it. We had agreed on two movers. I was given a quote for $600-- with that included 6 hours for the move and then anything over that would be $80 an hour and would be calculated quarterly, every 15 minutes. The next morning, I get a call. They were supposed to be there between 9:30 and 10:30. I got a call at 10:15 and the guy said the person that was helping him backed out, couldn't make it. He was trying to find somebody else to help him and if he couldn't do that he was trying t find another company that would do the move for me. Then he asked if we could change the move to Saturday. I said no, we couldn't change the move to Saturday I had already made arrangements, had everything set up and basically had everything packed. He called me back about a half an hour later said he found two guys to help him and they would be leaving Lawrence at the time to go to Salina to move, which is a good hour and a half drive. They showed up a little after 1 with a U-Haul rental that was maybe a 23-footer. When they puled up is said that's not gonna hold all my stuff. He said some excuse that the company rented out the truck underneath him. I was expecting a company truck, not a U-Haul. They got done to basically the end of the truck and still had more stuff so they had to go get a trailer. It took them at least an hour to do that. We got back to Lawrence and unloaded the truck and had everything unladed by 9 o clock. He then presented me with the bill which was almost $1200. I told him there was no way in the world I was paying him $1200 for that move. Especially since he quoted me $600. He said well, 1:00 to 9:00 is eight hours, I said minus the hour you went to get the trailer because you didn't bring a big enough truck. Read more

Moving went well

Things went pretty well once we got started. I knew I had a lot. But that didn't phase them. They helped me back some and if I ran out if tape or boxes they helped me with that too! I'm glad it went smoothly. They were funny and made it fun and easy to get it done. Read more

The experience was good, they were on-time, they moved everything quickly, They knew I told them exactly where I want it everything, they put up there and I have no issues with them whatsoever. Movers were pretty friendly and nice

I had an okay experience with this moving company. The price was definitely reasonable. I did all the packing myself. The movers were very friendly and professional. The only problem I had with them is that I found my dining room buffet damaged after my move. A chunk of wood came off my buffet. I emailed them about the damage but did not hear back from them. I would recommend this moving company to friends because the price was really good. Read more
