The excellent review in this site was done by the owner, Ahmed Hafez. After our furniture was all loaded up, the price increased by $4,000. The owner goes by the name of Sean, so why is he using a fake name. Our furniture was in storage for the summer, kept an a warehouse that was not water tight base on the water damage on the furniture. Two antique dressers, dining table were damaged. Missing mattress and springs, antique mirror for a dresser. Antique contents in one box had half the items missing, shadow box of framed spoons going back 4 generations, missing. They were late and some of my items ...

They said they would come at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. But they got delayed. I don't know if they got stuck but they got to the home at 6:45pm. There were three people. They packed up. There were boxes I packed earlier and they just wrapped the extra furniture. They packed it and they put it in the trunk. They made extra packages for the little pieces...The problem we had with them is that during the delivery we didn't get all of our stuff. Our bed is missing. My husband called them many of times but there was no proper response. The person that he spoke with said she would talk to us and dissolve the situation. But it was of no use... Read more
