Poor result of
We used Mr. Mover for a move several months ago and were completely satisfied. The recent move was a different story. We requested 3 men for the move and only two men showed up. The movers were to be at our place at 8:30 am, but finally arrived at 9:30 am. They were very rough in handling the furniture and damaged several pieces. One of the damaged pieces was a love seat. They broke the plastic guide on one of the legs which left a projection protruding from the leg. The love seat was then scooted on the hard wood floor of our sun room leaving a deep gash in the hard wood of our new home. I contacted Jason about the problem and he said he would get back to me by the next day. He has not called back and will not take my calls to him. His response has been totally unsatisfactory.

They did a good job overall.
It was very good. Two things that wasn't really their fault. Had some big couches they couldn't get in the room because they just wouldn't fit. But other than that they did a good job.
