They were fine

They were fine, I mean, initially they gave me a quote over the phone they never physically came to the house. So the truck that they brought wasn't big enough, so they couldn't move all my stuff. I had to go back to the house myself, rent a penske truck and move the additional thirty something items myself, me and my husband. So that was a negative. They initially wanted to quote me what the quote was but when they came to the house they looked to charge me a couple of hundred more but I told them no. They accepted what I gave them because they gave me the quote, I had proof of what they were charging me. It was one flat fee so they had to honor it. But the movers themselves, the gentlemen, they were great. I mean, I don't blame them for what went on but they came to the house and started moving about ten to twelve in the afternoon, this is a long distance move. They had to load the truck, travel two and half hours down to the beach where I was moving, and then had to drive back another two and half hours so they had a long night. I felt bad for them because they came to my house and start moving about twelve and didn't leave my house until about nine o clock at night and still travel two and a half hours home. I mean tough on the workers but otherwise the company itself was nice, I mean the guys themselves I really enjoyed. They were polite, professional. Read more
