I formally requesting a copy of insurance certificate, including the names of your insurance carriers. As a customer, I am entitled to this information, and you are required to provide it upon request. Additionally, I expect a full breakdown of all charges and fees, especially since your company is acting as a broker, which was never disclosed upfront. The moving experience I endured was completely unacceptable and deeply distressing. Your driver arrived in a U-Haul truck with Arizona license plates, accompanied by unprofessional helpers who appeared untrained and unqualified. I was told by the driver that I would receive my belongings upon arrival in Arizona. I made it clear to him that I had nothing with me, nowhere else to go, and was relying entirely on your company’s promises. I was never informed of the actual process or the delays that would follow. Instead of a direct and secure delivery, my belongings were transferred between multiple trucks, handled by various brokers and contractors, and mixed with other customers’ items. This is unsanitary, disorganized, and completely unacceptable. I was also charged for packing services that were never provided—my dresser was thrown into the truck upside down, and I can already confirm that items are missing and damaged, including irreplaceable and sentimental belongings. To make matters worse, I was overcharged and forced to make payments via Zelle to multiple individuals, which is highly unprofessional and suspicious. Your company also failed to provide any tracking system, and I currently have no idea where my belongings are, who is handling them, or whether they are safe. I have called your office daily, and each time I was promised a callback from the owner, which My items were icked up 2 weeks ago and have not had any returned phone calls or my belongings delivered leaving me with absolutely nothing not even a bed to sleep on or clothing. If I do not receive a full response, a return of my belongings, and a refund of the overcharges immediately, I will be taking this matter to the media, legal authorities, and consumer protection agencies. I will not rest until this is resolved and those responsible are held accountable. This was supposed to be a happy moment and was the biggest nightmare anyone could ever have and also ripped off and over charged.
