They worked pretty much like all the van lines, they take your stuff, its one of multiple pieces in the truck, and then you set up a time to pick it up and I think that was within a 48 hour window and they bring it down and you keep in touch with them and sort out when that is going to happen, but they kind of give you a range of a week or two when that is going to be. Pretty good to work with

I was a little disappointed they used a very, very large truck, and I had to pay extra for the pick up at my storage unit. And I also had to pay extra for my delivery. And during the delivery, they damaged a pole at the entrance to my complex, but I've been happy with the way they handled that. They are paying for the repairs that the owner billed me, so their customer service was really good. Read more

Everything as agreed

Truck came on date,and time agreed. All items padded and in the truck in less than 3 hours. everything arrived at our destination within the time frame specified and and in the same condition as when taken. At destination everything put back in appropriate rooms and reassembled. Would definitely use again. Read more

Best Move Ever

My sister recommended this mover and we are so very glad she did! We needed to move 12 large antique heirlooms (grandfather clocks, corner cabinet, highboy, dressers, etc.) The nationwide team was absolutely wonderful! They arrived and delivered exactly as they promised. Most importantly, they treated the furniture as if it were theirs. They wrapped, packed, unpacked and moved the items so carefully. A friendly experience with the movers

I think it went very smooth. There weren't any issues at pickup . It was timely, and I think they did a clean job. There were not any damages. It took around 10 days for them to bring items to the different location. Lastly, I think everything came as it was at pickup and it was also very much a friendly experience with the movers.
