Should have known from the beginning! They sted 2500 up front and they would let us know the the name of company that will be moving us, date and time of pick up .. gave info all that needed moved. Then received a call back asking for more money because we had more boxes than they thought.. to begin with we had a 1 bedroom and one living room, and a desk is all the furniture we were moving... we told them we got rid of some of the other furniture to counter some extra boxes. They sted its already in computer and can take things off the estimate, but they can add things on ! And if we want our things moved we needed to give the a nothere 3200 or they would not give us the name of the company they are sending. ( total so far 5700) All in all they charged us more for nothing At that moment we felt as though we were being held hostage because of the fact they would not refund our 1st 2500 that was paid. movers showed up and we had to pay them and they were late.. smaller truck couldn't fit our things on it.. said they would come back with a nother truck.. They did not ! Took some of the things off the truck and put them in storage in Indiana and game back Werth a half empty truck ! Charged us 3500 extra for put the rest on the truck they empty in storage. .. no one okayed that ! I asked what was taken off the truck ? The moves sai6 they didn't know.. all things were marked with professional stickers ! .. things arrived in FL damaged.. well what was left back in Indiana is all kitchen stuff 3 of our TV's.. clothes and things for the house.. now we are told it. Will be 14 days or more before we get our stuff.. the moving company showed me the break down from NEW HORIZON .. NEW HORIZON charged more money not for extra boxes but for them selfs. They did not pass on the extra money to the movers that did the work they kept it for themselves. We had to pay the movers they selfes Oh we had to pay the actual movers more more for a 2nd trip to get things they put in storage to be brought down to us. As soon as they got a nother gig to add on our truck to make it a full truck ! Long story DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! Total cost over 14k .. so far still waiting for them to deliver our stuff they put in storage ?? Read more

I LOVED them!

I LOVED them, they were awesome! They were AWESOME! They came perfectly on time, on the dot a crew of three. It took them about five hours to move a three-bedroom house to an apartment with a stop for storage. They never broke for lunch, they took like two 15-minutes breaks. Excellent! It was really overall a ...

I really didn't have to do too much of anything. They had everything set up, I had all the stuff boxed up. They moved all the big stuff, I was worried that things would be broken, I have a lot of antiques and a lot of stuff that was heavy but they made me feel very confident about their skills. They even wrapped things that needed to be wrapped in plastic, etc. It was really overall a good experience. Read more

No damages at all!

We were so pleased and we're going to ...

Oh yes the three guys that came they were very very good. I was pleased with all of them. In fact, we moved everything into a storage unit, and we bought a condo and we will be moving the stuff out of the storage unit and into the condo probably the end of November beginning of December and we're going to use them again. Quick service, great prices

It was great. The quality that I liked best about the move was the time I guess - they did it very quickly. Price was comparable. Packing and unpacking was fine. I would recommend them. For future customers I can say that you might want to disclose the packing materials cost like the wrapping of the couches and things. I was not expecting that extra fee. Clean and careful service

It is the safety. They were very careful with all of our stuff. Furniture - they just wrapped very good with a blanket. They did just compacted it correctly because it is very good and important. Sometimes you are lucky or it is crazy. It is not them may be some one else but then you need someone who would be careful. They had this one. They are pretty good. They are really clean. When they unload the truck, they put every thing like these item go to the kitchen. They don't dump anything in one place - items going to the right place. That was which is most important. Yes the services is good. It is pretty good. If anybody wants to do the move - no hesitation. Just introduce the company to these people and price was good. They did an excellent job

They were very good. They did everything that they said they would do, the move is excellent. They packed everything correctly and they did a very good job. The price was pretty much in line with the the quotes I got. So no problem with the the pricing, so it was reasonable for what they have to move. Actually the couple of mirrors they packed up for me. Then I didn't have them unpack. The person who was installing them commented on how well it was done. They did an excellent job on packing, there was no issues with damaged or scratched or anything. It was fine. Everything I asked they did and they helped me, packing stuff, taking stuff together and putting bed together and doing everything. The crew members were good, they were personable, friendly,took care, one guy is in charge and he kept everything moving, no body was goofing off, they didn't delayed the time or anything like that they were pretty much working around whole time every time. Better than what I had expected

I had such a very positive experience with the moving company that I used. I never used one before and was pretty much completely on my own. I was really anxious about that and it was not the best situation that I was moving from. Some of that came out during the move and the movers were supportive and helpful. They got me out of there as quickly as possible. I really liked it. I love the company and definitely recommend them to anyone. The price was more than what was estimated but for me it was worth it. All of my things were intact except for one picture frame for which I take responsibility. My furniture was placed where I wanted it. On the whole it was better than I expected. Read more

I just booked them one day before my move and they were able to fit me in. So that was very convenient. They were efficient in packing and unpacking my stuff. They were also punctual. Pricing-wise it was a little more expensive than I would have expected. But that could also have to do with the fact that I booked only a day in advance. Read more
