This is just an awful company don't ever think of them as an option. Customer service is just a joke to them. I get a rough quote for my belongings from CA to NY. It turned out that the final price was 400 times more expensive that they quoted me in advanced. The problem is they tell you that once the tuck is fully loaded. They also made mistakes scheduling the delivery time in NY costing me an extra $1,025 just because they are very inept people. Please, don't ever try this company. never kept their word

this has been a mess since the begginning. they called and said could they come a day early and we would get our stuff faster. was to be there by 8am. they kept calling and saying they were running late. never made till 5 pm and could not finish till the next day. were told 2-4 weeks. well they do not return phone calls and never know where our stuff is. monday we were told it was on a ship and would be there in 3-5 days. today is saturday still no call , no stuff. my wife will call them again on monday, she won't let me call because i will go off on them. wednesday will be 5 weeks and we have been indoor camping in our new place because they don't get our stuff here.
