Terrible experience
One star is too good for this company. I ordered a Serta sleeper couch from Wayfair on June 26th. It arrived at Nicholas Moving on July 14th. I got no calls from Nicholas Moving letting me know they had received the sleeper sofa. On July 20th I contacted Nicholas Moving. The delivery was set up for July 24th between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Needless to say, the sleeper sofa never arrived. I contacted Nicholas Moving. No answer and their voicemail was full. I called again. Someone answered. They took my information and told me someone would get back with me. I contacted Wayfair. I informed them about the problem I was having. They contacted Nicholas Moving. The Wayfair representative had the person from Nicholas Moving on the line. It was the same person I had talked to on July 20th. Once again, excuse after excuse. I contacted Wayfair again. I informed them I wanted a refund. I was then informed that I would have to pay $140 rerouting fee. Are you kidding me? A rerouting fee for a sleeper sofa that I never received but is in Nicholas Moving's Warehouse!!! How does this make sense? No more buying from Wayfair. They are punishing the consumer.
