My company selected this mover after I sent them some estimates from a few movers. I've move a lot in the last 10 years, but this was by far the best company I've ever used. The movers were complete professionals and I learned things about moving/packing that I had never seen any other mover do before. Worst experience ever

When the movers came, I had opted for a full-service move. They did not pack my stuff, they dumped it. They dumped it in the boxes and took it away. They didn't even have stickers on the boxes, so how would they know how many boxes went out? And when they came, it was again a hassle. The communication came four times that they would come today or tomorrow. They sent voice messages that I should be expecting them around the weekend. I stayed back the entire weekend - they would not be coming over the weekend. They spoiled my entire weekend. They came three days later. It goes on... The people who delivered it - they were good, they were fine, but the people who packed my stuff - they were not good. They didn't even pack it. They dumped it. For the wardrobe they didn't even have the bar where you hang clothes. They just put the clothes on the hangar and threw it in the box. This is how it was. I would not recommend this company. I am very, very verbal about it. They even spoiled a couple of furniture items because they did not pack it properly. Glasses and all I understand - they broke it. They were small and I have no issues about that. My dining room table that is a pretty expensive piece - they did not pack it properly and hence it has got damages on the side. I haven't got a chance even to complain and put this through an email. I have spoken to the manager and I have told them about this and in fact what they did was they gave me $300. It was not a credit, they told me it was something extra that I had to pay because they had to move from a big truck to small truck. They said they would not charge me for that, but then overall I would not recommend this company to anyone I know. Read more

I had my belongings picked up at the end of June, and as of today, July 24, I still have not received delivery, or a promised date of delivery.
