Worst Moving Company every - horrible ...
This was sent to their team I am looking for help from ANYONE that would be willing to help as I have been requesting this for over a year with no help from ANYONE and nothing but a runaround. After a late delivery with no communication from the driver, continuous increases in charges by the day leading up to delivery and the final increase of $600 the day of delivery for shuttle that was not needed, the stress and lack of assistance,customer service and accountability has only continued. I work in the moving industry and we weekly have larger semis come onto our street (we are in a large neighborhood not in a cul de sac and I have since had moving experts come out and confirm no shuttle was needed, yet I was forced to pay yet another $600 or I wouldn't have gotten my belongings. My property was also reviewed before estimating and confirmed no shuttle was needed. That again was delivered days late (had been fine had there been communication but there was none). To make matters worse a TON of my belongings were destroyed. The items packed by the movers were destroyed as we have a TON of proof of. Most expensive item of mine that was destroyed was my large dining room table to which I was told could be fixed. They have not come out to see this and completely disregarded all other damages, my daughters cubicles, her desk etc. Had I known how horrible this company was we would have order movers we know to do it themselves however we thought wed try EVERLAST as we were assured by the agent and PROMISED this was a reputable company and blatantly lied to us as it was no longer their problem once they pawned us off. Following all of this stressful disaster after months of complaining about the shuttle and requesting an investigation I was told I had to contact the non english speaking driver who was out of the country, SORRY for ya. I have also since requested to file for arbitration and was given a number that does not work. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I spent thousands of dollars on these companies, was fraudulently charged for a shuttle, and had to replace an expensive dining room table and a lot of my daughter's belongings. I was then offered $50 to compensate and when I denied they refused to investigate and respond, again providing me with inaccurate info to escalate the situation. I have never in my life experienced such a horrible unprofessional company. That goes for all included in the email. I will be going forward legally should nothing be done. Your company is legally required to provide me with accurate information regarding filing arbitration and you have still refused to do so. I have emails, pics and calls proving all i have said going back now over a year. If anyone from any of these customers cares about their reputation, I would appreciate a response, otherwise be prepared to see me in court and have my experience shared everywhere it possibly can across all platforms naming all companies and

Scammers! Beware, especially if you're ...
My father, an elderly man with a muscular disease, is in the process of moving from Oregon to Idaho. He was quoted a decent price, filled out his list of what furniture he had, but then was slammed with thousands of dollars in surprise fees - pay up, or we dump your stuff back in the apartment you need to get out of today, basically. That's not the worst part though. The agreed upon date of delivery has come and gone. "Customer service" says they have until almost the end of the month to deliver his belongings. His apartment is bare and his furniture, kitchen items, LIFE, is being held hostage in some storage facility and all they can say is "we're working on it." These people are lowlifes. My beloved father has been taken advantage of by these worthless people, don't let that be you too.

You need to be insane to use this ...
Interstate move from Idaho to Florida In the early stages of dealing with this company I was alarmed to find after-the-start that there is a BBB warning to not use this company. Reading their reviews there are repeated comments about damage, lost items and possible theft. When I called them to get reassurance about the quality of their service I was told by Sari (customer service agent) that they were fake reviews. Sari also told me that items always get damaged when being moved!! I asked to talk to the customer service manager and was told that she DOES NOT TAKE PHONE CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS. Sari then hung up on me! After numerous several false starts my stuff was finally picked up three weeks later. I again called and Sari told me my stuff has been sitting in storage and she had no idea when it would be picked up. Because I have sources I happen to know that everything has been on a truck in route for SIX DAYS!!!! When I confronted her with this info she did not offer to double check and when pressed to do something, she simply hung up on me......AGAIN!!!!!! Over the couple of months I’ve sent emails asking the Manager to call me. No response. Customer service is nonexistent with this company. Good luck if you choose these people! Now I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop. Will it be damage (which Sari assures me will happen), lost items or theft? Well, the day finally arrived a few weeks ago and guess what! Over $2,000 in missing items, severely damaged furniture and boxes that were crushed. Not only was this a completely sloppy move but they DID NOT live up to their contract - fragile items and furniture were NOT wrapped with blankets. Now I'm faced with filing a claim for thousands of dollars and expect to get less than $100 when it is all said and done - their claim process can take up to 90 days and then if you don't agree with their claims department it will take up to another 90 to go to arbitration. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Major items were lost including a 150 lb + glass table top, very expensive cutlery, dishes and various other missing household items. I have a very expensive Drexel hutch that looks like it tumbled down a cliff! It has been weeks since the delivery, at which time I immediately reported damage and missing items. Nobody has called me since with an update on missing goods - not a peep. They don't care!

avoid them!
I was waiting to see if I received a tool box that was lost in my move (they told me they found it) before writing my final review. It never arrived. My last minute move began with a quote from Budget. This is the first problem. They are middle men who quote low to get the sale, then the bad news when NW Relocation shows up and it's TRIPLE the price. He spent too much time bashing Budget and not working with his men this I felt put them behind schedule. One of the workers didn't speak or understand English very well, he needed to be supervised but he wasn't and this caused most of my troubles with them. He packed my moving folder with all my necessary papers, passport and money that was near my computer on the counter. Mind you his job was to pack the kitchen items, pots, pans, etc. When it was discovered that the folder was missing, Dan (the foreman) immediately blamed me. Saying “that I was mistaken and often times customers say things like that and it wasn't true”. Practically yelling. He was pretty cold and unhelpful until he suddenly remembered seeing the leather folder himself. Then he softened his tone with me. However, while unpacking the boxes, they didn’t repack carefully, my clothes got dirty and items were broken. He also packed two bags of garbage that was smelly when I opened my boxes. Stupid and unprofessional. When my items arrived, the delivery guy held my things hostage until I paid him in cash first. He refused to take my items off the truck. So I paid him. then we were suppose to count the boxes to make sure nothing was missing, he refused to do that. He then proceeded to hit on me asking to come back and make dinner for me and help me unpack. I was disgusted. Then around 10:30pm he called saying that he found a rug in his truck that belonged to me. He said he couldn't bring it back because he was gambling and he couldn't leave his 'good winning hand’. I had to get up and get dressed in the middle of the night to go get my rug. In addition, most of my dishes were broken, my lamps were destroyed and my bookcase was damaged because it was never put in a box as promised. Then finally, I called the office asking about my toolbox. Neil said he found it and was tying to reach me. Mind you he was calling the wrong number. He said that they would put it on the next truck down here. When I never received it, I called and I was told that they sent it UPS. I asked for the weigh bill number to trace it. I was told that they lost it. So then I said I could still find it with the credit card number that was used. He then told me, that he paid cash so there's no record. You tell me, what business does this? You be the judge as to what happened to my tool box?? They stole it. All in all, 99% of my experience was negative

Moving
For some reason moving has always sucked for me. Something always goes wrong, either the movers are late, rude and unprofessional or I end up with damaged belongings. I just used NW relocation to move from San Francisco to Seattle, and I was pleasantly surprised. The move went very well. All of my belongings were in tact and the movers were professional and punctual. I would recommend this company for future moves.
