I am extremely disappointed with On the Way Moving and Storage. I was charged $320 for packing materials. Originally I was told it was for blankets, but when I proved blankets were included in the original quote, I was told the charge was for shrink wrap and bubble wrap None was used on my order. If they had used it maybe my chair and buffet wouldn’t have been broken. Of 16 items shipped, 2 were broken and 1 was lost. Also, I had no notification of their arrival date and time within a 2 week window. They just showed up at my house. Choose a different company! Read more

Responded promptly, showed up promptly. Did 2 hours worth of work in one hour. Courteous, professional, delightful. I have expensive valuable intricate antique furniture, which they handled and moved very carefully, efficiently, and safely. Hope to have them back in a few weeks for another job! Read more
