Satisfied with the move, not the price
Everybody was hospitable. They moved the furniture out pretty quickly. Nothing was broken at all. I was very satisfied with the move. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the price that they tried to quote me - they gave me an original quote of 600 or 700 dollars. Then when we get to the place, it's like $1400.

Paid twice the quoted price
$99/hour quote ended up costing $200/hour, which had to be paid only by check. Who charges $500 for wrapping supplies (moving pads)?!

I would never use them again!
There was a little bit of damage to the floor. When he came and gave me the estimate, he didn't indicate that his truck wasn't big enough which meant it would be two trips, which wasn't planned. One of the trips was during rush hour on a Friday so there was just a lot of time. He was very rude to my daughter who was here, I wasn't here, and NO I wouldn't recommend them, I would never use them again!
