This company is a scam. I was given a written agreement for a flat rate to move my belongings the day before the scheduled move. I was also asked to zelle the deposit of $221. The total cost was $521. On the day of moving after the movers loaded the truck they sat in the truck and waited 3 hours and the company called while I was traveling and informed me of a new balance of $3688. Sensible and honest

The lack of honesty and integrity in moving companies is something we are all used to. So imagine my surprise when I managed to move all the way across the country with the help from Ozaki Moving and do so quite seamlessly. It was all because of this super moving company that just knows how to do this job! Four movers from this company and their superhuman efforts paid off! I had a lot of things as we are quite a big family. The movers systematically sorted our properties into different boxes and securely placed them in the van waiting outside. When it came to the furniture, they put a shrink wrap on each of them and carried them out like they were way too light. A guy from Ozaki moving promptly came to our house for an estimate and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. Even though it was on relatively short notice, they were able to accommodate us with our preferred date for loading and drop off. Incredible movers

My movers from Ozaki Moving were excellent. They were friendly and efficient. I heard horrible stories about movers from many people I know. But I was happy with my movers to the extent that I would definitely recommend them. They were a little late because we live in a cul-de-sac and the road ahead was blocked for some construction work, which gave me more time to get things finished, but they more than made up for it in speed! I asked them to put all my garage boxes in my spare room, which is upstairs and they put all the boxes where I asked them! Ozaki Moving moved us. They were very fast going, moved large items with no trouble at all, up and down stairs too easy for them. All at a great price. they treated the items like their own and were careful of these and the homes walls/doors etc. Only had one small accident which was ok and reimbursed in full, although did require a few emails etc to sort out. Excellent work

They would like to know the details about the things, the pickup location and the distribution. They also had the ability to have our auto delivered the same day. The wonderful people that function within the company would certainly phone call to update us as the moving males obtained close and called a few times before seeing if we wanted to include or deduct any furniture. Bad Business

The movers placed a hole in my wall and I need this fixed ASAP. I also need the parts from my bed frame that was not giving to me. Im not happy with the work that was done and how long it took. Very easy and effortless relocation

We were moving on a short notice and we put Ozaki moving in charge. Their performance was much better than average. I have seen the not-so-efficient movers but these men were nothing like them. Easy as it gets

Last month we had a fabulous move operated by Ozaki Moving. It was one bed room apartment. I got a reasonably lower rate. They were supposed to arrive at 7.30am but the guys showed up at 7 am in the morning. They were in total three including the foreman. I requested them to bring some wardrobe boxes which they provided at a reasonable price. They were very careful with our breakable items and artworks hanging on walls. All furniture was wrapped up with transparent wrap. As we didn’t have so many items, we were not worried for the size of truck thinking if all stuff would be fit there. Ozaki Moving gives really great service. They are really truthful about their prices and rules; they don't try to trick you into anything or conveniently forget to tell you about charges that might be added to your move.
