Worst company I ever hired and worst ...

I hired them through their Craigslist ad to remove some remodel materials outside my home. They told me three dump trucks and three guys would be at my home the next day and the cost would three hundred dollars if they filled all three trucks. I agreed. Well the next day They called me and said they would be early I said great, I am home. Well two young men showed up with a box truck. Which I said fine as long as it is all taken away and cleaned up I really didn't care what type of truck they used. Well the young men were only twenty years old and did not have any urgency to get the job done. Then one of the men came in and handed me their phone and said the boss wants to talk to you. Well the boss tried to get me to agree to pay more money because his guys were here three hours and still weren't close to be done. Then when I told him that I don't pay by the hour I agreed for a price and wasn't paying anything more then he proceeded to yell at me ad then said we didn't have an agreement. Okay well then why are their men here cleaning up my porch?? He proceeded to yell at me that he was losing money because his guys were here to long. I said well when you send two twenty year on a job by themselves they are gonna take their time and again that was not my problem. Then he threatened me saying they were going to put the stuff back if I didn't pay any more money and I said do what you have to but I am not paying anymore money. So they finished and then I paid the $300 dollars and the boys came and hugged me and said sorry for their boss giving me hassle and he does this a lot and he only pays us $10 an hour and they were planning on quitting. I made sure I got a receipt and they brought me down a piece of paper with the information we discussed the night before. I knew he knew what our agreement was and he had it all written out right there in black and white. This owners name was Paul and I don't know how they have a business at all with all these issues they have but I am sure it won't be long before they go under !! Very upset with them and the way I was treated ! This was a trash removal job not moving job. He has ads for both, but Then I found out he doesn't own any trucks he rents moving trucks ! Read more
