Using this company for my move to the Bay was the was the worst decision and I strongly advise against using this company for any of your moving needs. I initially chose this company because of the positive reviews but I was highly mislead. Once they have your money, they do not care to resolve any pending issues or problems, beware. I don’t often make an effort to write a negative review unless I feel truly disrespected as a customer and after being extremely patient for 3 months, this situation definitely warrants it. 1. Watch your invoice and payments very carefully. After reviewing my invoice, I realized they overcharged me $100 and I had to go about getting a refund issued. 2. The move itself on October 31st, 2020 went relatively smooth besides the fact that they broke my mirrored glass table. I knew I had some fragile items so I elected to get the in-house supplemental insurance for a situation like this. When I inquired about covering the damage through the supplemental insurance they tell me that it is not covered because more items would have to be damaged. They offered to pay $172 for a table that retails for $600 and Cheli tells me that is the best they can do because they are a small company and can’t take a loss on the job. 3. My primary issues with them lie with the moving coordinator Cheli for her complete lack of follow up, accountability and communication. I have been trying to rectify this situation for 3 months and we have not come to any final resolution. In order to get a response from Cheli you literally have to call and text at least 5 times for her to return your call and who has time to keep on doing that every single time. She seems like a nice lady but if she is not competent enough to handle the work then the company clearly needs to look into hiring another person. 4. They initially offered to try and repair the table and it took 3 months for them to return word from their repairman that the item could get further damaged trying to repair it. I decided to keep the piece and scheduled a date to return the item on January 30th, 2021. To add insult to injury they never showed up…Per usual, I had to take the initiative to call Cheli to find out what was going on and she proceeds to tell me that they are running late from a job and won’t be coming.
