Save yourself money, time, and stress, ...

This is probably the most textbook example of a corrupt moving company I have ever seen. Frank sweet talks you with a lower end moving quote. Then he sends over movers who are either truly unfamiliar at all with your quote, or lying. (probably both). Then once they have secured the last of your belongings in the truck the fun starts. They will absolutely renegotiate the price and the terms of the quote given. If you're like me, they'll even change the move date to a day later to extort more money from you just to receive your money back. And then finally once they're satisfied they have leveraged as much money as they can, they will take their sweet time delivering your belongings. My daughter selected Pick Up Movers for her move but my wife and I became the point of contact because my daughter became unavailable before pickup was completed and was also unavailable for delivery. I had not heard of Pick Up Movers and was a bit skeptical. Thankfully, Kunal and Dmitry were GREAT! They did a wonderful job of packing, wrapping, and loading everything. They were very patient as this turned out to be a larger move than any of us realized. They handled the situation very professionally and kept us completely informed as the situation developed. They were also great with the delivery. They facilitated our needs for arrival times and departure times. They were also very helpful with reassembly of any items which had to be disassembled for moving. They were very patient with room placement of items even when we changed our minds as to where items were to be positioned. My family and I were moving from Florida to Ohio . I found out about Pick Up Movers online after some research work and I called to get a quote after calling maybe 4 other places. They sounded very reasonable and their pricing was excellent. They said they would pack and box everything in my house. I told them my house was 3 bedrooms and I had oversized furniture. Awesome!

We called this company to relocate our non-profit organization from Downtown Miami to even further South Florida. Of course, we were nervous because there were so many items and we didn't want to close the organization for too long. It was extremely easy to work with this company. They maintained communication throughout the entire move regardless of the time and this is definitely something valued in moving experiences. We ran out of materials and in one call- they were instantly helpful and provided more. The crew that came worked well together. Fast and organized- they wrapped and packed things at warp speed- it took me like 30 minutes to wrap one item ^-^ whereas it took about 30 seconds for them. They definitely know what they are doing and it impressed me and a few of the people working with me. We stood back and watched with open mouths =) We read everything and signed away-- and we knew what we were being charged because we were informed. Once again, this company actually communicates with their customers (unlike others I've dealt with). This experience was a pleasant and impressive one. I don't think enough credit goes out to movers.
