From start to finish this company was very professional. The office staff was very pleasant to talk to. She sent us the quote and that was exactly what we were charged. She told us movers would be there by 9:30. The truck showed up at 9:30 on the dot. The genltmen unloading the truck were very careful with evey piece as if it was their own furniture. Pom-Arleau went way above our expectations and made a stressful process much easier to navigate. Donna in the office was very helpful and knowledgeable. The movers, Andy and Jack, were personable and efficient. We did not find any damage or breakage of any kind. Everything was accomplished in the promised timeframe and within the quoted price. We thought their charges were very reasonable and well worth the time and effort it saved my family. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone needing their services!
