Bad experience

If there was an opportunity to give 0 stars I would do it. This company is horrible! I moved in fall of 2019. They still haven't settled my insurance claim and last contact with them I was told they were laying off and probably going our of business. They damaged and lost items . They were almost a month overdue with delivery after reneging on delivery dates.They changed my contract without notice and refused to unload the truck until I paid the increase. Never was warned items could be "lost" ...

My wife and I are recent clients of Preferred Movers. We used their service while relocating from New Hampshire to Florida from October 28, 2014 until now and are missing two urns containing remains of our pets. Please contact us if you have mistakenly received these two urns or have any information regarding their whereabouts. A $500 reward will be given upon successful return. We are missing other items but are not concerned with those things. We also have an item that was delivered to us mistakenly if you used Preferred Movers during this time frame. They are the best movers I have ever ...

I was very very happy with it. An individual came to my house, looked at the old place and looked at what we had, made up an estimate. Very very nice gentleman. We set up a time frame and a date ... The individuals got there on time, very prompt. The three guys that moved all the stuff were very professional, very nice guys, put the stuff where my girlfriend wanted it. They even fixed a couple of things that shouldn't of had to ... I mean it was damaged beforehand ... I was very very happy. It took no more than three or four hours for them to move everything.
