**THIS COMPANY PROFITS ON PEOPLE ...

The worst company I've ever dealt with. They appraised my items for $2100, but once they loaded my items in to a truck the person presented me with almost $4000 as my new bill. I wasn't able to rejected because I had to move out that day or they treating me to take my items from the truck and charge me for the hours they spend. Once the furniture was delivered, a lot of items were damaged and none of the managers contact me to fix it or to pay for the damage. I had to open case with the credit card to dispute the charges. This company also ask for Cash a lot. This company doesn't want to take credit card unless you insist on it. They treating you to take all your stuff out of the truck unless you pay cash. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST SERVICE AND THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR AT LEAST $1500 MORE ONCE THEY PACK YOUR STUFF IN TO A TRUCK. **THIS COMPANY PROFITS ON PEOPLE VULNERABILITY.** Read more

I spoke with Isaac, who was referred to me by my Real Estate agent. These guys came in and packed up my 2 bedroom apartment in just 6 hours! It was a pleasure having Premier Movers come and help me move to my new home. I was able to afford their service, thankfully, after deciding to go with them as opposed to another mover that was out of my price range. Their estimate about about the same they ended up charging which was good. I received all the services I requested and their practices were up to par. this company are so friendly that they give you free storage boxes and at the end when tree boxes disappear and they don't know where it is , they are going to give you hard time and the best option that you have as a consumer or customer is about the warranties and be very careful about it due to the fact they are going to give you money back according to the weight of the package or box and they don't care about how much is going to cost you for the price that you bought it.............next time you want service from this company please be aware of the inaccurate warranties that they give you..........in the other hand when this company they start to bring your packages to your destination they don't know where are the supplies in order to assemble your furniture because they move your merchandise from one truck to another one which makes no sense to me......I wouldn't recommend this moving company to nobody....... I contracted Premier Movers to move my mom from New Jersey to Connecticut and I can't say enough about their service and professionalism. The sales team was courteous and polite really helping me get the details of mom's move ironed out. The price they estimated was more than fair and very accurate. The day of the move, the crew was awesome and took such good care of mom and her things. They delivered everything as promised, without any broken items or delays. Better than expected!

Saw Premier's truck in town when I was driving by, must have been on another move, so I decided to give them a call. Isaac gave me a quite accurate estimate to move my 2 bedroom Townhouse. The move was estimated at 6 hours, they came in right on money. I've heard awful stories about moving companies before, but I'm happy my move went well. They packed all my belongings very professionally. I honestly have no complaints...and furthermore, I will recommend them in the future to friends and family. RIP OFF!!

They give you a great sounding quote over the phone, but then add every little extra under the sun. Two of the workers stood smoking outside while they watched one guy wrap furniture. They hold your furniture hostage until you pay the full amount. When I looked at the invoice after they left, they charged me for things that were never used, like 2 mattress covers when I only have 1 mattress. Also charge one hour of travel time for a 10 minutes drive. COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS. Read more
