Henry Henry Henry is your man when it comes down to moving. We moved from los Angeles to New York. Henry was soooo helpful from the beginning. He came over and gave us the best estimate we could find in the market. I called him just an evening before I decided the pick up, I knew it might be impossible for him as they need at least 2 days or 24 hours notice but Hery very humbly agreed and made arrangements for pick up right away. He sorted out all my worries and questions immediately on my request. In order to save me money he took all possible avenues. like seriously who does that? I am so thankful to Henry for everything. From start to finish he stood by me like a rock. Every time I called him he right away answered my calls and always responded back. He is so punctual, so attentive, so friendly, so caring and always accommodated all my requests. I can seriously can go on and on about his services. even the guys who came to pick up and drop off stuff were so nice. The entire staff is so nice. Lady who made arrangements for the pick up for me was really nice too, I requested her to get my stuff early in the morning and she did it without any hesitation. I remember Cesar at the pick up and Bill at the drop off they both were amazing. please guys do go with presto, they so reliable. I am recommending them through my experience, I am writing such a detailed review so other people can get help from it. I called tons of moving companies before Presto and they all were ridiculously pricey and were offering so little for the money they were charging. I seriously was disheartened big time and then I found Presto like a sunshine in the rain. They packed the furniture in plastic wraps and blankets for free, other companies charge you for stationary use. Presto is a team of true professionals and very humble. I would give a negative star if I could. All you get are lies from everyone you speak to here!! I thought it would be best to hire a company who is able to do an in-home quote after taking an actual inventory of your furniture. Even then,there were a few "surprise charges," which I was promised there would not be. The movers blamed the in-house estimator for "overlooking" things (first example of lack of communication). You're told when your furniture is picked up you can pay by credit card,but they "forget" to inform you that you will be charged a 3.5% "convenience fee" for using a credit card. You are told about this at the time pick-up. Henry is the Sales Manager for the company. When he comes out to give an estimate,everything seems good and the company is presented as very trustworthy during the "sale." Everything also seems to go well until they get possession of your furniture and belongings... that's when the "I don't know" and "I can't help you" responses begin. Sylvia,who answers the office phone (rudely,might I say) most of the time always responds this way. She also keeps forwarding you the same email she already sent you,highlighting different parts of it,and clarifies nothing! The communication and customer service with this company is horrific!!!!! The most frustrating thing is you can't get straight answers from anyone. Then,you can't believe anything anyone says,because it is not the same as what the company has in writing,and that will be thrown in your face when you have a question or dispute. Apparently Henry doesn't remember what he tells people to get their business,denies what he said,and then refers back to "what's in writing." Don't believe the line "don't worry about the additional insurance,our company 'makes things right' if we happen to damage anything. We don't just pay by the weight." Also,don't listen to or plan your life around any quoted delivery date that is "told" to you,even if promised,just go by what's on the papers and plan for worst-case scenario,because that's probably what you'll get. The delivery was 3.5 hrs late with no apologies or reasons why. The "flexible delivery times" written in the email only refers to the flexibility for the drivers and not the customers!! They feel it appropriate to tell the customer when they will deliver,even if the customer will not be home. They also feel that it is appropriate to deliver furniture between 8:30pm-11:30pm on a Sunday night... then want to rush and unload everything because "it's late." And they wanted to charge me extra to get my refrigerator in my house. Be warned that this is NOT a good company to trust with your personal belongings!!

Best Movers Ever!
Best movers ever! They gave me a great price under $1000!! I only had a small studio apartment but I was moving from California to Oklahoma City so I was surprised that they would do it for so cheap. They were very fast and nice. They really made it easy to move across the country, which is never easy! I also wanted to mention that Eddie helped me with the quote and he was very nice and professional as well, thank you!

Presto really took care of my move from start to finish. I didnt think it was going to happen because all of the bigger companies kept scaring me to stay away from smaller companies. But Henry actually came out to my house before the move to do an estimate, he walked us through the entire move process and really gave us the confidence to use the company. On moving day, Carlos and his team showed up and did a fast and efficient job. I got my belongings in Dallas right within the delivery window that Henry gave me and the delivery men were just as good. This company knows how to turn a skeptical customer into a big fan! My move with Presto was amazing from start to finish! Like others who have recently posted, I was also hesitant due to the number of bad reviews here but I felt like everyone that I spoke with and dealt with truly cared about the company they worked for. I dealt with Ross and Henry in scheduling my move and they were professional, persistent (yet not annoying) and really showed that wanted to earn my business. The movers in California were amazing and the driver here in Cleveland was very professional with his workers that he got out here and made sure everything was where I wanted it before he left. I waited till the end of the move to write this review because I wanted to make sure it went well throughout and I couldn't be more pleased honestly.

Worst Move Ever
They lied to me as they gave me one price on the phone and then jacked it up $3000 more on day of pick-up. They charged me $300.00 fee for using a credit card which they did not tell me about until the day of pick-up. They double charged me on the wrapping of my tvs as I paid for all the wrapping supplies which they used to wrap my TVs but then charged me $275.00 and $75.00 on top of the supplies cost. They delivered my stuff three weeks after the date I was first given for delivery. They stole my china and prescription drugs as well as some misc kitchen items and garage items. They broke or scratched at least five pieces of furniture. The cost of damaged and lost items was about $1500.00 of which they wanted to settle for $68.00 when I made my claim.

Overall, it was positive. The estimate was far too low. He very much misjudged how many boxes we would need. We needed more than twice than the cubic feet that he estimated. It didn't quite double the price that I was originally given but 2/3, which was fine because I thought he under estimated anyway. They got there when they said they would. It took them a little longer than I thought they should have to pack us up. I guess because their loaders - if they didn't work all day, they don't get paid for the day. So they took all day. But they were very nice and friendly. I would recommend them.

Presto moved me from CA to Nashville
I just completed my move with presto and I have to say I am very pleased. I honestly didn't even see all the bad reviews they got till I came here to write this review but the guy in the office, Eddie, I guess did such a good job of informing me on the moving process and industry. He showed me a website showing their licensing and everything else that made me feel warm and fuzzy. I'm very happy to say that the movers were very nice, the office was very helpful any time I called and I got my stuff in Nashville in 10 days, I would've preferred a shorter window but it wasn't too bad. I have already and will recommend presto.

move to NY
Used presto for a move from LA to NYC, they were up front about the extra shuttle truck charge for going to NYC unlike others. Henry was very nice from the beginning, told me he had lived in new york too so I took a chance. The goods arrived in new york after about 2-3 weeks but they updated me which I liked. The shuttle was needed as anticipated but thankfully there was no damages to the furniture, except a few dishes, with the extra handling of my stuff. Will and have already recommended presto to friends and family.

Very good service. Really liked the way I was kept in contact with from the beginning to the end. movers did a great job with the furniture and all of my boxes came intact. A few were bumped and bruised but the contents inside were intact and thats what matters. I truly recommend Presto for a long distance move.

Catalina move
I needed a good price on a move from los angeles to the long beach port because my move from the port to Catalina was very expensive. I got a great price from them and they did a great job packing everything into the container for me.. I really didnt have to touch anything it was a real breeze. They wrapped all my furniture with disposable blankets and kept my stufff from getting damaged. They also helped me with setting up a mover in catalina for the move in to my house. Move from Lompoc to Little Rock
I was relocated by my company and they gave the job of finding a mover. It wasnt the funnest thing to do because there are a billion companies out there. I went with Presto which is in California but they werent in Lompoc. They gave me a very good rate compared to the companies that were here and they packed all my boxes at a reasonable rate as well. I want to let everyone know that this job was done to my satisfaction and I will let my company know to use them in the future when needed.

It worked pretty well for me. They arrived on time and did move items as defined and I asked them to keep my items a week longer, to hold them so I can sign off my apartment at the new place, which they did. And they delivered on time and very elegantly, so definitely I'll recommend them.

Small move, but done the right way
All I really had to move was my studio apartment from Atlanta to Gilbert AZ.. Going back home. I only had a bedroom set and some boxes and Presto was very reasonably priced, I saw some other prices that were close but the companies didnt seem too reliable. I was very happy with what I saw and I can still say theat holds true. Got a great team in Georgia (albeit a half hour of work) but they were very kind and quick. Same for the delivery team and it just made the move very simple for me. Just wanted to share my experience. Wish everyone the best of luck in finding a mover, I didn't have to look anywhere besides Presto.

WARNING... WORST MOVE EXPERIENCE EVER. ...
I was already very weary of using Presto Logistics because of the reviews, but I decided to give them a shot any, hoping that it was just part of the deal... usually only unhappy people write reviews. BUT... unfortunately I learned the hard way that these people will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to earn your business.. but follow up on those promises is a complete joke. Once they picked up our stuff (actual movers were great, by the way) I learned very quickly that these people had no concern for the amount of time it would take to get them on the road. After more than 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of the person (RYAN) who sold me on this company, I was finally told that the stuff was on it's way from Los Angeles to WA. Let me be clear.. RYAN never once returned a call after they had our money and belongings. I was irate at the amount of time it took to even get on the road! He originally told me 10 days was typically the longest it would take to get everything to WA. After 2.5 weeks of waiting for ANY type of answer from these people, DANIELLE (Supposedly the head of customer service - what a joke) told me the stuff was loaded and on it's way. It wasn't until 3 days later that I received a call from dispatch letting me know my stuff was being loaded and would leave in the next couple days. WHAT!!!??? I was already told it was on it's way! Once again.... nobody would return my calls. They told me to read the contract - which was about 10 pages - to see that they legally had up to 21 BUSINESS days to deliver. Funny, considering that they came on a Sunday to pick everything up. I assumed they worked every day. I was able to find the part that stated the time frame... which was on the BACK of one of the pages in small writing. Also funny, considering they had me sign and initial in about 20 different areas... why was THIS section left out of those areas explained to me and I initialed... Lovely how they will tell you one thing and hide the truth! I have worked managing apartment buildings for 12 years and I let EVERYONE who is about to move know NOT TO USE PRESTO LOGISTICS!!! Which is sort of sad for them... I could have easily referred 10 customers per month to them had they been good at what they do. They may be one of the least expensive... but believe me, you barely even get what you pay for with these idiots. The people at presto were so helpful in getting me moved out to Los Angeles. I am 72 years old and I could not handle packing all of my belongings therefore I had the men pack all of my boxes. They did such a great job, they were extremely careful the entire time and fulfilled my every request. I want to recommend anyone who would need a mover. Ryan handled my move for the most part and he did a great job staying in touch with me, I would suggest you call and speak with him.

The Worst Movers
They are robbers and hire the worst people to move your furniture. My antique table was broken and I also had several things stolen. They reimbursed me for 5% of the cost of repairs. I always had good luck with movers but this was my first bad experience. DO NOT USE THEM.

The people that picked up the load were very nice and helpful and polite and everything. Everything arrived in good shape. People that delivered it were very great and polite and everything.
